It combines two types of estate-grown pure Kona coffee beans; half of each bag is grown at higher elevations and roasted dark, while the other half is grown at lower slopes and light-roasted. The result is an incredibly aromatic, medium-to-full-bodied 100% Kona coffee, with mild acidity and bright flavor sensations. 100% Ka'anapali Moka Ecstasy is one of Hawaii's most highly rated varietals. The rare Moka bean comes from a unique cultivar first commercialized hundreds of years ago in Yemen, and it's now carefully cultivated on the gentle slopes of the West Maui Mountains. Exotic and full bodied, Moka's defining characteristic is its tinier, split-pea-like beans, its enthralling aroma and its unmistakable chocolate and fruit cup character.
