This is my favorite coffee....not strong on taste, very smooth, and not bitter.Also recommend Timothy's German Chocolate Cake, and French Vanilla (though Van Houtte Vanilla is slightly better).All pods have a 6 month shelf life, so do not buy too many all at once like I did.
