The beans were good. I was expecting sub par beans since they were Grade 2 and I didn't know what Grade 2 was other than it obviously wasn't Grade 1 :) But they were excellent. Roast them to City roast and they're very good.

sunny, balanced with little acid or aftertaste.may not suit people who prefer violent coffee.this is a mature civilized coffee bean with the strength to be unapologetic.
